With more than 30 years of experience across industry leading public companies and technology startups in Europe and Silicon Valley, I have led strategic business development initiatives, driven high-tech innovation in product development, and played a pivotal role in mergers and acquisitions on both sides buyer and seller.

My experience includes strategic business planing, management change processes, technology transfer, leading due diligence processes and integrating organizations to unlock sustainable value. I am accustomed to working at board and executive level and managing stakeholder relationships across customers, suppliers, investors, and internal teams.
